Chinese kale with Abalone sauce

1. Chinese kale

2. Vegetable oil

3. Abalicious by Lucka Abalone sauce

1. Boil water in a steamer  
2. Put a plate of minced pork or chicken in a steamer for 5 minutes or until cooked  
3. Take a plate out and decorate with vegetable and sauce

Omelet

1. 2 eggs

2. chopped spring onion/coriander

3. sweet basil/hot basil

4. red onion/onion

1. Beat eggs (with minced pork, crab meat, sweet basil, hot basil, spring onion, red onion, and onion as you need)           

2. Season with Abalone sauce
3. Add oil in a pot (If you want to make your omelet in a round and tall shape.) or pan
4. Fry until cooked, then serve it in a plate with rice

Japanese tofu with Abalone sauce

1. 2 Kinu tofu

2. 4 tablespoon chopped spring onion

3. chili

4. minced chicken/pork

Fried rice

1. cooked rice

2. chopped spring onion/coriander

3. pork/chicken/egg

4. Chinese kale or other vegetables

5. Abalicious by Lucka Abalone sauce

1. Add oil in a pan, stir-fry garlic until it smell good. Then, fry rice until it dry.
2. Add cooked meat or egg and your favorite vegetables, then turn your stove off.  
3. Season with Abalone sauce and mix it with your fried rice, now it is ready to serve.
